Before and After Weight Loss Goal

Food Temptation and Weight Loss

food temptation

The hardest aspect of any weight loss program is THE DIET. Regardless of where you are in life one thing remains the same: ANYTHING THAT’S WORTH IT WILL NEVER BE EASY TO OBTAIN.
Lets look at the facts:
  •         Depending on your body type, a single cupcake could be equivalent to 30 minutes on a treadmill.
  •          Sweet sugary snacks are the arch nemesis of 6 pack abs
  •          If your cheating to drink a soda then please note that your practically walking backwards with your diet!
The thing we need to understand is that all weight loss programs are usually 70% diet to 30% exercise. Dieting plays a major role if we want to lose those inches and find our six-pack.

With that being said here are some tips we can use to prevent ourselves from over eating.
  • ·         Change your grocery list – If you’re like me, and you swear by who knows what that you won’t eat junk food but; you have that weakness to always sneak a piece if its available, then don’t buy any in the first place. I find that once those unhealthy food items are not available in my fridge or cupboards, I have no choice but to eat the healthy stuff. Eventually I started to appreciate the healthier taste of life as my taste buds got accustomed.
  •          No Sodas! - It is not good for you; it makes you feel bloated and full while the sugar and sugar substitutes make you crave more salt and sugar. if it’s hard to quit all the way take an alternative like lemon aid or unsweetened tea (you can add your own sugar in) just nothing carbonated
  •          Drink loads of water; it helps to fill you up.
  •          Trick you mind by using smaller plates. The regular size plates can hold 2-4x the amount of food we actually need, by eating from a smaller plates we not only trick our minds but we are also saving money by not eating as much.
The best determinant of whether you eat healthy or not, is YOU. You alone can control what goes in your mouth and it all comes down to will power.

I have always heard that I shouldn't trust a skinny chef, but I believe skinny chefs are the GURUS of overcoming the temptation of food. Let me know if you agree below.

Good luck losing that dang fat!

Food will always be a moment of pleasure and distant memory in the toilet.
