There are numerous persons out there who want to lose weight fast. Some person are successful some are not. Ideally it is recommended that we lose 1-2lbs of fat per week to stay on the healthy and consistent side. But what do you do when you want to lose 2-4lbs of fat per week, because of some upcoming event?

1.       Diet – Yes Diet! The ever important diet. You need to learn your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Your BMR tells you how much calories you would burn if you stay in bed all day. If you eat the right amount of calories below your BMR, your body will be force to use calories already stored within you. 2.       High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – HIIT is possible the most effective way to burn body fat. HIIT workouts are usually 4-25mins long and it involves periods of high intensity workouts followed by an active recovery period. This process is repeated until the end of your workout. FACT: High intensity interval trainings burn more calories per minute compared to lower intensity workouts. They are therefore ideal for people trying to lose weight as they boost the metabolic rate, turning the body into a genuine calorie furnace for hours after the workout has finished.

3.       Stay motivated- The most important ingredient in any workout program is you. You can’t lose weight if you’re not working out or dieting properly. Remember your goal, stay focus and keep going.
