The most exciting moment for anyone following a workout
program is at the point, where they take their last picture after months of working
out and compare it to their day one photo. It is at that moment where you realize
how much you have changed. Everything that you did towards your sculpted body
achievement (counting calories, ignoring food temptation, working out, drinking
that abundance of water etc.) all played a part in your success story, YOUR
BEFORE AND AFTER WEIGHT LOSS STORY.
Now that you have the body of your dreams, you might want to
know what’s next. What should you do now to maintain your body and stay healthy?
Well here are some tips to stay healthy:
·
Continue
to eat properly – Yes! Keep it up! By now you should be accustomed to
eating good food and the right portions. Eating healthy doesn’t mean you cannot
have that occasional cookie or pizza; what it means is that you can eat
anything you like by remembering to keep moderation in mind. Never over do it!
·
Workout –
It is recommended that everyone engages in some form of physical activity at
least twice a week. Apart from the direct health benefits from working out, it
also allows our body to stay fit, healthy and also looking great!
·
Never go
back to old habits – That person you were before you started working out no
longer exists. You are now a health conscious individual who understands the
importance of a proper diet and working out. The transition before and after
weight loss can be easy to maintain because it is at that point right after your
workout program that you truly appreciate your body.
·
Stay Accountable-
If you notice that you’re gaining back weight a week or two after your workout program;
it’s up to you to do something about. The mistake made by many weight loss success
stories is that usually they get comfortable about their body and forget about
all the hard work they put into getting in shape
·
Put on
your best dress if you’re a woman, your best suit if you’re a man and show off what
you earned! I find that by ‘showing off’ it builds our confidence, make us
accountable and it keeps our motivation going.
Before and after weight loss, be proud of what you have accomplished. Congratulation!
Howdy this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to
